Join us for our 2026 Summer Intensive Program at Marin Ballet
Marin Ballet is excited to welcome any Bay Area students, ages 11-18 to take a placement class for it’s 2026 Summer Intensive Program. Fill out our form below to get started!
The summer program will feature several renowned guest teachers alongside Marin Ballet faculty from our intermediate and advanced Levels.
Students begin each day with a 1-hour 45-minute ballet class to strengthen their technique. Depending on your level placement, your program may include Pointe Work (levels 5-9), Variations, Classical Repertoire, Character, Contemporary, Boys’ Class, Ballet Pantomime, Conditioning, Pilates, and Musical Theater Repertoire (Levels 7-9).
Our program runs Monday-Friday beginning on July 6th for levels 5-9, and July 13th for levels 3 & 4, culminating in our 5th annual Summer Presentation on Thursday, July 30th. Level enrollment is determined by individual placement class prior to the Summer Intensive’s start date.
Levels 3 & 4 are ideal for ages 9-11
Levels 5 & 6 are ideal for ages 11-13
Levels 7 – 9 are ideal for ages 13-19
This summer also includes guest speakers on injury prevention for dancers, “Ballet Buddies” mentoring sessions and will end on July 30th with our 5th annual Summer Presentation in our studio theater with an exciting demonstration of the diverse summer repertoire with all of the summer students from Levels 3-9.
Acceptance to Marin Ballet School’s Summer Intensive is by audition only.
