Rental Spaces in Central San Rafael
Marin Ballet is located at 100 Elm Street, San Rafael, in the beautiful Dominican neighborhood. Our campus includes six light-filled studios and offices, surrounded by greenery. The facility includes ample parking and easy freeway/ public transportation access.
Studio Rental
We rent studio space for activities that are compatible with our marley floors, including yoga, pilates, and individualized dance coaching. Studio specifications and rate are shown in the chart. Space is available from 9am until 3pm, Monday through Friday.
Office Rental
We also have an office on our second floor which would be perfect for a sole proprietor or consultant. The 10’x 12’ space includes furnishings, a closet, and exterior window. The office rents Monday-Friday 9am through 5pm for $400/month with a 9-month minimum lease.
Music and Pilates Rooms
Our second floor also includes a music room with piano and desk which is perfect for music lessons. The rental is $30 an hour. We also have a 9’ x 12’ pilates room with both floor- and bench-style reformers. The room is perfect for individual lessons and rents for $30 per hour.
