Marin Ballet’s 2019 program will include works by Eva L. Stone, Robert Kelley, Julia Adam, Casey Thorne, and in partnership with The Balanchine Trust, excerpts from George Balanchine’s Serenade. Intermediate and Advanced dancers will perform throughout the weekend of March 23rd. Tickets go on sale March 1st.
Marin Ballet’s Company and Apprentice dancers head to Spokane, WA from April 20th – May 3rd, 2019 for the newly revised Festival of performances, master classes, college networking, and scholarship auditions. Works selected to be performed will informally presented at Marin Ballet on April 27th.
In May, Marin Ballet features beginning students from Levels 1 -4 in a mixed-age program in our own Phyllis Thelen Theater. Encore performances of Spring Concert repertoire danced by our intermediate and advanced dancers highlight the scope of classical ballet training.
