Give the Gift of Ballet ............. with your Pledge

$5,000

As you may know, Marin Ballet accepts students without regard to their ability to pay tuition. As students reach level 9, semi-annual tuition runs to $5,000 which is difficult for many families. But a level nine student is reaching the apex of their achievement and might be aiming for admission to a professional company or to a dance major at a good fine arts college. So this is exactly the type of family that we will to help with tuition assistance. Your $5,000 contribution can make “going professional” a reality for diverse students.

$1,000

$1,000 is the cost for Level 3 students in 4th grade as they take the next step in their ballet technique development as they move to 3 classes per week. Your donation can help a gifted student who lacks resources to continue their ballet training and achieve their dreams.

$500

$500 pays for 5 Sweet Tooth fairy costumes. For many students, the Sweet Tooth fairy is their first roll in Nutcracker.  As with any 6-year-olds, their costumes wear out and need to be replaced.  Your contribution keeps sugar plums dancing in the heads of our youngest performers.

$250

Marin Ballet is the only school that provides live piano accompaniment for classes starting at level 5. Developing musicality is a big part of dance artistry, and Marin Ballet students learn this in a way that enhances their opportunities as they progress in their training. Marin Ballet accompanists, as you’ve heard tonight, are a top-notch group of musicians.  $250 keeps them in the studio each week.
